Springvest Corporation is Finland’s leading investment platform and arranger of share issues for unlisted growth-stage companies, connecting them with the investors who back their potential.
At the core of Springvest’s business is arranging funding rounds for unlisted growth-stage companies. We connect the right investors with the right opportunities.
Funding rounds are made efficient by our network of more than 10,000 investors, our seamless online platform, and a straightforward process.
Our revenue consists primarily of fees charged for the funding rounds we arrange, including subscription fees from investors and arrangement fees from portfolio companies, forming a recurring operational revenue stream.
Springvest becomes a minority shareholder in every growth-stage company for which it has arranged a funding round. This is how the company’s portfolio of growth-stage companies builds up – and its value development is Springvest’s key business metric.
Springvest is authorised as an investment firm by the Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland.
Why invest in Springvest?
One share, over 40 growth-stage companies
Springvest shareholders indirectly own a stake in a growing portfolio consisting of over 40 promising unlisted Finnish technology companies.
Finland’s leading growth investment service
Springvest has grown into a significant intermediary of growth capital in Finland. To date, we have arranged over 100 successful funding rounds and facilitated more than €400 million in financing.
Active dividend policy
Springvest’s goal is to distribute at least 80% of its net profit and exit proceeds to shareholders. Since 2021, the company has achieved an average annual dividend yield of close to 10%.
At its core, Springvest is an owner of growth companies – and that’s good news for the shareholders
Springvest’s steadily growing portfolio of growth-stage companies sits at the core of the business. Part of the fee Springvest earns on every funding round it arranges is paid out in the target company’s options, so each round adds to the portfolio.
It’s a defining feature of the business model that the portfolio grows on the strength of Springvest’s core business.
It’s fair to call Springvest an owner at heart. A steadily growing base of portfolio company holdings sits right at the centre of the business, and it grows almost by design. Each round the company arranges adds to those holdings.”Aki Soudunsaari, CEO

Our process
We work with a carefully selected group of unlisted growth-stage companies, guiding them through every step of the funding process.
Each year we review approximately 200 companies, selecting only the most promising whose business model, growth potential, and team meet our high standards.
Before launching the funding round, we work closely with the company to prepare the investment memorandum and all supporting materials.
All investments are made through our online platform. Throughout the funding round, our growth investment specialists actively reach out to potential investors, though investors are also welcome to invest independently.
Our fees consist of arrangement and subscription fees. In addition, we receive part of our compensation as share options in the company, making us a minority owner alongside our investors after the funding round.
