Edzcom (Ukkoverkot)
Ukkoverkot, a provider of private wireless networks for business customers, was sold to Cellnex, a Spanish telecommunications infrastructure company. The deal supports Cellnex’s strategy to become Europe’s leading provider of wireless infrastructure solutions. Following the acquisition, Ukkoverkot rebranded as Edzcom and is continuing operations under Cellnex’s ownership.
